His Service to Our Country
Edward proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. Like so many of his generation, he answered the call to serve, and that commitment to duty, honor, and country stayed with him throughout his 91 years.
In recognition of his faithful service, Edward will be laid to rest with full Army Military Honors — including the ceremonial folding and presentation of the American flag to his family and the sounding of Taps — a final salute reserved for those who wore the uniform of our nation.
